Every rule tracked here, with its legal citation and how findings are established. "FEC record" rules come from the Commission's own enforcement data; "computed" rules are pure date math on filings; "covered via FEC record" rules can't be computed from public data by anyone — violations reach this site through the FEC's own letters, fines, and enforcement matters, which are ingested in full.
